At the beginning of XX century the avant-garde movement, conceived some new ideas of the city following the industrial revolution and the technological inventions of th previous century. Today, at the beginning of the XXI century, with the upgrading of the new technologies, the computers revolution and the new communication facilities, is time for the avant-garde to elaborate again a new idea of life and of the city. The Eventualist Theory and his principles, can be extended to the structure and the form of the city to create a theoretical program for the Eventualist City.
